Coatings that survive the spec sheet.
Blasting, linings, floors, and fireproofing executed to SSPC/NACE standards — with the QA documentation to prove it. Most painters won't publish their prep standards. We put ours in the contract.

Industrial services
Every system starts with surface prep and ends with documentation. In between: the right product, applied right, by crews who have done it for decades.
/ Abrasive Blasting
Sand, shot, dry-ice, and high-pressure water blasting to SSPC surface-prep standards — SP-5 white metal when the spec calls for it.
/ Tank & Silo Coatings
Interior linings and exterior systems for storage tanks, silos, and vessels. Corrosion control engineered for Arizona heat.
/ Epoxy & Urethane Floors
Monolithic, non-skid, and chemical-resistant flooring systems. Polyurea and polyaspartic fast-cure options for minimal downtime.
/ Structural Steel
Shop and field coating of structural steel, cranes, and equipment with Carboline, Tnemec, Sherwin-Williams P&M, and PPG systems.
/ Intumescent Fireproofing
Passive fire protection applied to spec, with documentation your AHJ and inspector will actually accept.
/ Linings & Containment
Secondary containment coatings, waterproofing, and elastomeric membranes for process and utility environments.
/ Lead Abatement
EPA Lead-Safe certified containment, abatement, and encapsulation with trained supervisors.
/ Safety Striping & Marking
Line striping, pipe color-coding, and in-coating logos that keep your facility OSHA-legible.
/ Maintenance Programs
Coating-cycle forecasting and planned maintenance so small failures never become shutdowns.
Surface prep is the job
90% of coating failures start before the coating
Adhesion is won or lost at the substrate. That’s why we self-perform abrasive blasting — sand, shot, dry-ice, and water — instead of subbing it out and hoping.
Ask any other bidder one question: “What SSPC prep standard are you quoting?” If the answer is a blank stare, call us.
How industrial jobs run
-
01
Walk the Site
We survey substrates, failures, access, and operations constraints — then write a scope you can hold us to.
-
02
Spec the System
Surface prep standard, coating system, DFT targets, and cure windows — specified in writing, brand-named.
-
03
Execute Around You
Shutdown windows, nights, confined-space entry, phased zones. Your production schedule leads; we fit it.
-
04
Document & Warranty
QA/QC documentation, inspection support, and a lifetime workmanship warranty with recoat-cycle forecasting.
Common questions
Do you work to SSPC and NACE standards? +
Yes. Our crews hold SSPC QP1, QP2, and C-7 abrasive blasting qualifications, and NACE-certified inspectors are on staff. Surface prep and DFT are specified and documented on every industrial job.
Can you work around our production schedule? +
That is the default, not the exception. We plan around shutdown windows, run night and weekend shifts, and phase work zones so your facility keeps operating.
What coating systems do you install? +
We install specified systems from Sherwin-Williams P&M, PPG Protective & Marine, Carboline, Tnemec, and International/AkzoNobel — matched to substrate, exposure, and service environment.
Do you handle lead paint? +
Yes — we are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm with trained supervisors for containment, abatement, and encapsulation.
What industries do you serve? +
Manufacturing, warehousing, water and wastewater, utilities and power, food processing, aviation and rail, mining, and oil and gas facilities across Arizona.
