A community repaint is a project, not a paint job

Hundreds of homes, dozens of opinions, one budget. We run community repaints like the capital projects they are: phased schedules, consistent crews, documented specs, and communication that keeps residents on your side.

Boards get a proposal they can vote on. Managers get their evenings back.

The community repaint process

  1. 01

    Board Walkthrough

We walk the community with your board or property manager and document every substrate and failure point.

  2. 02

    CC&R Color Review

Approved palettes and color standards reviewed against your CC&Rs — with color consultation if the community wants a refresh.

  3. 03

    Resident Communication

Notices, parking plans, and daily schedules handled by us — your manager’s phone stays quiet.

  4. 04

    Phased Execution

Consistent crews move street by street with daily cleanup, so the community stays livable throughout.

Common questions

How do you keep residents informed during a repaint? +

We handle it: advance notices, door schedules, parking coordination, and a posted daily plan. Your property manager gets a single point of contact instead of a hundred resident calls.

Can you work with our CC&R color requirements? +

Yes — we review approved palettes against your CC&Rs before a drop of paint is ordered, and we can run color consultations if the board wants to modernize the scheme.

How is pricing presented to the board? +

As a line-item, board-meeting-ready proposal: scope, product spec, phasing plan, schedule, and warranty terms. Everything a board needs to vote.

What about monsoon season and Arizona sun? +

We spec elastomeric and UV-stable systems built for desert exposure, and schedule phases around weather windows so cure times are never compromised.

Do you handle small communities or only large ones? +

Both. From a 40-unit townhome community to master-planned communities — the process scales, the standard doesn’t.

Tell us the community name and roughly what's in scope — we'll schedule a board walkthrough and bring back a bid your board can act on.
